Green and white Christmas bedrooms are so festive! I love this color combination for the holidays. It’s just not fantastic, it’s magical for the whole winter season. We added some silver and a tiny hint of red, too, to create a cozy space to enjoy the season.

Welcome to Relaxed Hostess, where the ideas are written by actual human beings: me and, occasionally, my daughter. I’m so excited to share with you my love for party planning and hospitality in general. Glad to have you here!

The wall color of this bedroom is called Storybook Charm from Dutch Boy. It’s a soft purple color. These pictures don’t quite do justice to this lovely color. I’m the first to admit that my photography skills need lots of work, but I did the best I could.
But once again, I’m brave enough to share my work with you all. It is not perfect, but it’s a reflection of my passion for creating a relaxing, and a bit magical home.
Festive Green and White Bed
There is nothing quite like the comforting softness of a white fluffy comforter. It’s like being wrapped in a cloud of relaxation. Unless, of course, you start to ponder that clouds are just water droplets.
Perhaps, it’s more fitting to compare it to a dollop of whipped cream.
The basics for this white and green Christmas bedroom were the
- white comforter
- emerald green throw blanket
- emerald green pillow covers (with cute pompoms)
Christmas Wreath and Sparkly Snowflake Pillows
Toss in a couple of snowflake pillows, and you will have a cozy bed for the holiday season.
While the letters in this Symphony bar may not be green, the festive blue hue complements the decor beautifully. Consider wrapping the chocolate in colors that match your theme or opt for mint chocolate in a green package for a festive touch.
A simple Christmas wreath on the wall was a perfect accent.
Baskets for Extra Storage and Pictures Wrapped in Silver
My daughters, who created this beautiful Christmas bedroom, used two baskets with lids as a bench… sort of. While I wouldn’t recommend sitting on these baskets, they do provide additional storage for extra blankets, etc., in the guest bedroom
They also wrapped some canvas art pieces with silver paper and tied emerald green ribbons around them.
Cozy Sitting Area with A Christmas Tree
I love this simple Christmas tree adorned with white, silver, and champagne color ornaments. We didn’t have an extra tree skirt, so my daughter came up with a creative solution: a throw blanket. She fluffed it up and arranged it in a way that it looks like snow under the tree.
Take advantage of the gift-giving season and place wrapped gifts for the guests under the tree. Include things that you would normally put in a welcome basket for overnight guests. Your guests will love this thoughtful touch.
This sitting area is a lovely spot to enjoy a cup of Christmas tea or warm cocoa. Speaking of tea, I’d love to share with you simple ideas for hosting a charming Christmas tea party. I have several FREE printables to make your tea party fantastic.
Side Table for Decorations and Snacks
Next to one of the chairs, you’ll find my sewing table. In this case, it serves as a convenient place to put some snacks and simple decorations.
These cylinder vases, a budget-friendly find from a dollar store, have come in handy. I have used them for various occasions. Note the cute little bell with a tag that says, “It’s a wonderful life.” We watch that movie every Christmas.
The branches with red berries provide a delightful pop of color against this predominantly green and white Christmas bedroom.
Garland and Lights for the Window
Twinkling lights make any space look inviting. This garland is from Hobby Lobby. They usually have these pre-lit and without lights, allowing you to personalize it to your liking.
I prefer getting the ones without lights, so I can add my own. And why would I like that since I just said how awesome twinkling lights are? Have you ever had a pre-lit garland that the lights stopped working? If you don’t want to toss the the whole garland away, removing the non-working lights is quite a pain.
Dresser Decorated with Green, White, and Silver
Yes, that’s right — we have had this dresser forever! But it looks like the brown color is coming back in style. I guess when you wait long enough, your stuff is cool once again. I don’t know about the design, but I really don’t care whether my furniture is trending.
So, what should you put on the dresser to make it fit for the holidays?
These two boxes, one is shimmering silver and the other in festive green are perfect for storing small items, such as tissue, hand cream, and lens cleaning wipes. Alternatively, you can leave them empty for your guests to use as they wish, whether it’s for their keys, cords, or any other small items.
The silver tree is a charming find from Hobby Lobby. I do not remember where the green box is from. We have had it for years. As you might have guessed, the silver box used to be filled with delectable chocolates. While it would be a sweet gesture to leave the chocolates for your guests, if you have already enjoyed them (who can blame you?), the empty box can serves as a decorative item.
Isn’t this little white ceramic house adorable? Flip on the switch, and you’ll have a cozy, glimmering light.
The shimmering, sparkly house is from Target.
And to add more green to this Christmas dresser, we placed a Christmas-themed book with a green cover on it.
Looking at the picture below, you’ll see a white board with a green ribbon around it in the background. It is an extra shelf board we had floating around that my daughter creatively turned into a Christmas decoration.
You can’t have too much sparkle in the holiday season. My daughter created a lovely arrangement on a round tray with glittery silver branches in a vase, a white lantern, and other small items. I’ll add another picture for you.
This white ornate lantern is one of my favorite decorations. I bought it on one of my trips to Finland. I like that you can put a real candle in it, so no batteries are needed.
The cute ceramic snowman, a fabulous find from a local supercenter, perfectly complements the green and white theme. Its silver sparkles add a festive touch.
I got these white vases for my future office, but since the office is not happening as soon as I thought it would, they were perfect for the Christmas bedroom. We filled them with branches and placed the vases next to a large basket that is great for storing extra blankets or seasonal decorations for the guest bedroom.
I hope these green and white Christmas bedroom ideas inspired you to create a festive space for your guests or yourself.
